Return Policy

Returning a product to BabysSurprise.com is very simple. First make sure you have all your information in front of you (order number, invoice), then email our returns dept. at returns@BabysSurprise.com and write that you wish to return a product that you received. Our returns dept. will then email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, and will explain how to send the product back to us.

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and must be sent back in original packaging. The item(s) needs to be returned within thirty (30) days following the shipment date of the order from BabysSurprise.com.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RMA Numbers are valid for a period of 15 days from date of issue. Products not received by the Return Center within 15 days may become ineligible for credit.

Returning defective merchandise

Every item we sell comes with our Guarantee Against Defects. If a product is defective in any way, please email us at returns@BabysSurprise.com to verify the defect. Upon verification, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will be valid for 15 days.
Shipping and handling charges refundable for defective products only.
